7.3 Limitation of Damages

In no event shall ibox99, its directors, employees, partners, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the services, even if ibox99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 8. Account Suspension and Termination

Upon account suspension or termination for breach of terms, ibox99 may forfeit your account balance including deposits, bonuses, and winnings.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable withdrawal fees and after completion of all pending bets. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; a new registration would be required subject to these Terms & Conditions.
